Thinking of playing?

THINKING OF PLAYING, BUT NOT SURE YET? - Sunday Aug 28th from 9-11am is the Dolphins "Smash, Grab & Throw" day for any boys or girls thinking about playing Tball or Baseball for the first time and would like to have a go first. 

Come down to the club, grab your Dolphins passport and then head out onto our baseball obstacle course and try the various stages of any TBall or baseball game. See how far you can throw, how fast you can run out a home run, hit one out of the park and when your done and your passport is stamped then come up to the canteen and get your FREE sausage sizzle.

Mums & Dads, while your youngsters are out on the obstacle course, you can ask any questions you may have, We will have equipment and uniform options available, coaches on hand as well as laptops to make the rego process quick and easy.


Dolphins baseball club will be open for sign on, questions, equipment and uniforms on;

  1. Saturday morning Aug 20 (9-11am)
  2. Tuesday evening Aug 23rd (5.30-7pm) 
  3. Sunday morning Aug 28th (9-11.30am)


Player information



TBALL (U/8s), MINOR (U/10s), LITTLE LEAGUE (U/12s), JUNIOR LEAGUE (U/14s) and SENIOR LEAGUE (U/16s), SENIORS (15 years upward -  mixed, social and competitive teams).


  • If you are registering with Baseball Australia for the first time, you MUST register online by clicking here

  • All fees MUST be paid online as part of the registration process. 
  • Fees include mandatory insurance valid for 12 months as well as all National, State, Regional & Club fees.


  • If you have previousy registered with Baseball Australia, you also need to re-register online by clicking here
  • Select Login, enter your Username & Password and you will be taken to your online members profile and register from there.
  • If you don't know your username and password use the Forgot Your Password link. If you can't login, contact Miranda at Baseball Australia
  • If you played previously at another club, you need to be transfered Before you can register. Please request this by contacting us at

The Runaway Bay Dolphins Baseball club is a member of the Gold Coast Baseball Association (GCBA) and is located at the northern end of the Gold Coast at Paul Scanlon Oval, Paradise Point.

We offer Junior T-Ball, Junior & Seniors Baseball leagues. Junior age groups for both boys & girls include  T-Ball (5-7 years) and Baseball (8-16 years).  The junior season runs from October to March, games are played Saturday mornings with no games played during school holidays.

Adult Baseball (ages 15 years & up)  includes mixed, Masters, competitive and social leagues for males & females  The adult baseball season is available for both summer from October to March and winter seasons from April to September.

Online Registration is the only way a new player can register to play with Runaway Bay Baseball Club.

STEP 1 - New players can click on this link Baseball Australia Registration (State Association - Queensland, Club - Runaway Bay)

STEP 2 - Click "Next" & then select the category based on the new players birth date.

STEP 3 - Click "Next" & accept the Terms & Conditions.

STEP 4 - Click "Next" & fill in all information on next page & then click "Next"

STEP 5 - You must click on "Submit Application & Pay Online" as this is the only option to pay the fees

For those who have obtained a Queensland Government "Get Started" Vouchers you will need to present these to the club on one of the registration days to be processed. You still pay your fees in full at the time of online registration, and the voucher will be treated as a rebate and refunded to you.
